4 superfood juice recipes- Dietitian Approved


Cleansing Minty Green

  • 2 stalks celery

  • ½ cucumber

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cup mint leaves

  • ½ green apple

  • ½ lemon juice

  • Small handful ice cubes

Zingy Ginger

  • ½ lemon juice

  • 1.5cm ginger chopped

  • 1/2tsp turmeric

  • 1 carrot chopped

  • ½ orange juice

  • Small handful ice cubes

  • Optional: Pinch cayenne for an extra kick!

Collagen Boosting Berry Buzz

  • 2 stalks celery

  • ½ cup parsley

  • ½ lime juice

  • ½ cup mixed berries

  • ½ beetroot chopped

  • Optional: ½ avocado for extra creaminess

  • Small handful ice cubes

Banana Cucumber

  • ½ banana

  • 1 cup spinach leaves

  • ½ cucumber

  • Handful Kale leave

  • Handful ice cubes

Method:

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth. Add more water to thin if it is too thick, and you can add some cubes once blended to keep cold. Enjoy!
