Private Consultations

• Initial appointment (1hr) = $160.00

• Review appointment (35 - 45mins) = $135.00

• Extended Review appointment (Over 50mins) = $160.00

Medicare Consultations (referred by GP with Enhanced Primary Care Program)

• Initial and Review appointments (45mins - 1hr) = Gap fee $80

 

If you have a chronic condition (chronic is defined as 6 months or more) - you may be eligible for a Medicare EPC/TCA referral from your GP. This referral gives you up to 5 Dietitian consultations every calendar year covered by Medicare- all you have to pay is the above gap fee per consult. For more information see here. Please discuss your eligibility for this referral with your doctor.

NDIS, DVA, SCIA, and iCare Consultations

I am a registered provider for NDIS (self-managed or agency managed), iCare, SCIA and the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA). Please email or call for service fee information

Do you offer home visit consultations?

Yes - home visit consultations are available for those living in the Ballina, Alstonville, Lennox Head, Bangalow, Byron Bay, Goonellabah, Wollongbar, Lismore and surrounding suburbs. An additional travel fee applies to all home visit consultations charged per km return travel from clinic @ Ballina Fair Shopping Centre.

Private Health Insurance Rebate

I am registered with private health insurance providers so depending on your level of cover, you can receive up to 100% of your consultation fee back. Please contact your health fund to see what rebate you will be entitled to. No referral is needed when claiming with private health.
