Your Meal Plan will include:
  • 45 minute Initial consultation

  • 20 minute follow up consultation 

  • 7-14 day day meal plan (including simple nourishing recipes) personalised to your unique needs

  • Portion Perfection Plate guide to guide you meal portions

  • A weekly shopping list 

  • Additional lifestyle tips to compliment your new meal plan (including strategies for nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management)
